When you submit the advisor enquiry form, The Mortgage Firm receives the name, contact details, preferences and optional calculator details that you choose to provide. We use that information to understand your mortgage enquiry and respond to you.

How your enquiry is sent

Submitted information is delivered by our website server using our business email service. If you choose to send an enquiry from a calculator, the displayed estimate and relevant entered amounts may be included in that email. The calculator itself does not automatically send your data.

Marketing choices

Any optional marketing preference is separate from consent to have your enquiry handled. You can submit an enquiry without selecting marketing updates.

For privacy questions, access or correction requests, please contact info@themortgagefirm.ae. Please do not include identity documents or confidential financial credentials in an email without first discussing a suitable secure channel with an advisor.
